March Update:
Family Fun Night at Chicktime Mission’s March Workshop-
It was a smaller turnout this month, but a blast nonetheless!
Spring break schedules had many of our families and volunteers traveling and scattered in different directions, but those who gathered together were exactly the ones meant to be there.
What made the evening so special was the simple gift of time.
Slowing down, sharing laughs, bowling a few frames, enjoying dinner, and just being together reminded us why Chicktime Mission shows up month after month. Whether it’s a room full of people or just a handful gathered around a table, the heart of the mission never changes.
Our purpose has always been to love on the families we serve—encouraging those who are working so hard to provide safe, stable homes for children in our community. Sometimes that looks like a big celebration, and sometimes it looks like a quieter night filled with meaningful conversations and genuine smiles. Both matter.
And truthfully, nights like this remind us how grateful we are to be part of something bigger than ourselves. Instead of sitting back and hoping someone else will step in, we get the privilege of showing up—of being present, of offering kindness, of creating moments of joy right where we are.
It may have been a small gathering, but the impact felt anything but small. We left reminded once again that when hearts are willing, even the simplest evenings can be filled with purpose.
February Update:
We were blessed beyond measure at Chicktime Mission’s February Family Fun Night!
Nineteen family members showed up ready to laugh, bowl, play, and simply be together — and the energy in the room was contagious.
Add in five fabulous volunteers who came with open hands and joyful hearts, and it felt like pure electricity. You could see it in the smiles, hear it in the laughter, and feel it in every high-five and shared moment.
It’s honestly hard to put into words just how special the night was.
It wasn’t just fun — it was connection. It was encouragement. It was showing up in the simple, beautiful way we’re called to do. When we make space for families to breathe, laugh, and feel supported, we are living out what it means to be His hands and feet.
The only thing missing? A big group picture to capture it all. But maybe that just means we’ll have to do it again soon!
January Update:
Another Sweet Night of Family Fun at Chicktime Mission! We had the joy of hosting another family fun night with some truly incredible people—families who open their hearts and homes to provide safe, loving spaces for children in our community. Every month we walk away reminded of the same thing: this is such a blessing. We don’t show up for recognition or applause—but we’d be lying if we said it doesn’t fill our hearts to know that a few hours of laughter, bowling, pizza, and connection can offer these families meaningful respite and encouragement. Caring for children takes special people, and it’s an honor to come alongside them. And here’s the best part—we’ll be back next month… and the month after that… and the month after that. We’re always looking for volunteers to join us as volunteer hosts. What does that look like? • Holding a baby so a mom can bowl • Sitting with a family over pizza and telling them, “You’re doing an amazing job.” • Simply showing up and being present Yes, financial partners help make these nights possible—but volunteer hosts and prayer partners are just as vital. Your presence matters more than you know. If you’ve been looking for a simple, meaningful way to serve—this is it. Come once. Come often. Come see how love in action changes hearts (including your own).

December Update:
Chicktime Mission’s workshops are always the best Family Fun Nights!!
Each month is such a special time as we gather with families in our community who provide safe, loving homes for children.
We always leave feeling warm and fuzzy, grateful for the time and space we’re able to share together—and Christmas makes it feel even more magical.
We can’t wait for 2026 and all the love that will continue to unfold through our monthly workshops. We hope to see you join us one month.

November Update:
Can you believe it’s been one year since the Chicktime Mission began serving families in our community who are boldly working to provide stable, loving housing for children? Once a month, thanks to the generosity of our volunteers, we gather the funds needed to host Family Fun Nights at Incredibowl—giving these families a chance for rest, laughter, relaxation, and genuine encouragement from our Chicktime volunteers. Our November Family Fun Night was just as beautiful and heartfelt as every month this past year. We would love for you to experience the love and excitement firsthand by joining us for an upcoming event. A magical night of fun, fellowship and FAMILY!!
That’s what we dreamed of providing for families in our community and here we are month after month seeing our mission play out!

Our September Family Fun Night was another beautiful example of community coming together to support one another.
This is exactly what the Chicktime mission is all about—creating a space once a month where families working hard to provide stable, loving homes for children can take a break, have fun, and feel supported.
We all know how meaningful it is to have people in our corner. That’s the experience we want to offer these families—a reminder that they’re not alone.

Our Monthly Workshops Are Pure Joy
Every second Tuesday of the month, something truly special happens. We gather to celebrate the incredible families who provide stable, loving homes for children in our communities—and every time, it’s nothing short of sacred.
These workshops aren’t just events; they’re moments of connection. A chance for families to show up, laugh, play, and simply be—free from the world’s distractions. We’re honored to create a space where joy takes the lead, and hearts leave fuller than they came.
To all the families who attend: thank you for letting us be part of your journey. It is our deepest joy to walk beside you.

Family Fun Nights with Chicktime Mission Keep Getting Better!
There’s something truly special about gathering with families in our community who are providing stable, loving homes for children. Our Family Fun Nights continue to be a blessing—not just for the families we serve, but for all of us who show up to encourage, support, and simply share love.
Each event reminds us how vital community is. And as our mission grows, so does our need for caring hearts to join us.
