Crossroads Youth and Family Services, Inc. was founded in 1969.  It opened in Norman under the name “Cleveland County Juvenile Shelter” & it was the first Emergency Youth Shelter in the state of Oklahoma.  In 1972, more services were added to this agency including probation and parole and school-based counseling services.

Crossroads Youth and Family Services include the Emergency Youth Shelter, Head Start/Early Head Start and Juvenile Intervention Center.
