March Update:

Forest bathing, also known as shinrin-yoku in Japanese, is a practice of spending time in nature to improve mental and physical health. It involves being mindful and using your senses to connect with the forest.
Benefits: Improved mood, Reduced stress, Improved sleep, and Improved ability to focus.

The girls planted and spread seeds, we painted rocks, shared laughter, and ended with a dirt (oreos) with gummy worms-chocolate pudding.
