October Highlights!

October brought originality and some cool dance moves! El Buen Pastor band rocked the house as the girls sang along. It was incredible how many girls volunteered to go up front and sing. The most amazing thing was that they volunteered to sing songs that they personally wrote. The Krause Children’s Center is full of creative minds! Vicky led the line dancing and two stepping. This allowed us to interact with the girls and share laughs. After our hard work in mastering the line dancing was finished, the girls requested popular fad dances (like the wobble and cupid shuffle) to be played. This is when they took over and began to teach us the moves!

We want to thank our activity leaders and our volunteers for showing up for these girls! For November 8th, be ready to wind down with yoga and bring and an appetite for cookie decorating!
