May Update:





May is Mental Health Awareness Month, so today we focused on just that—understanding stress and how it shows up in our bodies. Margo and Sabrina led such a creative and meaningful activity that helped us all take a closer look at the stress we carry, where we feel it, and how it affects us. The girls were engaged and opened up in some really honest, beautiful ways.
We had a colorful salad bar filled with healthy options… and then one of our amazing volunteers brought a cotton candy machine! Because healing takes balance, and sometimes that means a little sweetness, too. 
Some of the girls are carrying some really heavy things right now. We can’t fix everything, but we can keep showing up, reminding them they are seen, loved, and never alone.
