Materials
Ping Pong Balls
Scissors/Knife
Plates or Tray
Acrylic Paint
Battery Operated Tea Lights

Procedure

Cut a hole in the side of the ping pong ball 
(if it has a logo, cut on the logo, so it will be logo side down on the tea light)

Drizzle paint on a tray or plate

Roll the ball around through the paint until it is as covered as you would like.

Attach the ping pong ball to the tea light and turn on.
