As the girls mixed their ingredients, it felt like they were also stirring hope back into their own stories.

Just as a pie comes together piece by piece, healing does too—sometimes messy, sometimes slow, but always worth the warmth that rises in the end. Watching the girls proudly serve their finished pies reminded us that even hearts with cracks can still hold something beautiful.

Here’s to pies, progress, and the courage to keep baking forward.
