ADDED VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY SCHEDULED FOR OCTOBER 18th

We will have our regularly scheduled volunteer activity at the shelter on October 25th at 11:00 a.m.  We have also added another opportunity on this Saturday October 18th.  We will be visiting Elijah Rising Ministries in Houston and participating in their Human Trafficking 101 van tour.  Van tour starts promptly at 10:00 a.m.  If you are interested in attending there are only a few seats left.  Please contact Leticia to register or for more information at (409)877-6587  or sablanfaith@yahoo.com

UPDATE: SEPTEMBER VOLUNTEER ACTIVITY CANCELLED!

Our volunteer activity scheduled for September 9/27 will be cancelled. We will be meeting again on our regularly scheduled 4th Saturday October 24th, 2014. Please check back for news and reminders about October. Thank you!

August News

The kids were able to experience a fun zumba kids session!  They were all a little shy at first, but it didn’t take long for them to warm up!  What a joy to see all the smiles, laughs, and dancing!  Thanks to Kristie Mata and her daughter Dakota for donating their time!  They did such a fabulous job with the kids and even gave all the kids treat bags!  Also thanks to our awesome volunteers who showed up to participate and help out!
