Why I serve a leadership role with Chicktime:
I became active in a group that was already leading Chicktime crafts at a local shelter. I enjoyed being involved in one of the crafts last year. When a new leader was needed I step into the leadership role. I love pouring into other people with love. I love doing crafts and being around people. The combination that was offered through Chicktime has been a delight.
My passions and gifts:
I love time with people, art, and helping others. Serving with Chicktime allows me to put these three together to help others and help them see they are loved and important.
My hobbies and interests:
I love art, hiking, kayaking, travel, and scuba diving. Art has been something I have loved for as long as I can remember. I have always preferred being outside in nice weather.
