About Our Chapter

Hi! My name is Angie and I am the Founder and Leader of Chicktime Tampa! I am a mom to one sassy girl and high school English teacher. After taking a five year leave to be home with my daughter beginning in 2016, I had a longing for more adult interaction as I simultaneously began to miss those impactful moments with students that fulfilled my desire to help and serve. At that time, I began looking for volunteer opportunities in my area which is how I discovered Chicktime. After reading about the Chicktime Mission, I knew that this organization and I were a perfect match. I have a passion for leadership, motherhood, serving others, and getting my girlfriends together for much needed “us” time. If I’m not spending time with my daughter, I am usually finding shows to binge watch or just taking time to relax. I’m excited for the potential and future of Chicktime Tampa, and I’m eager to meet and work with like minded women in the community.
