April Update:

Our volunteers at Chicktime are so generous with their time, resources, and finances. It overwhelms me regularly. They truly care about the girls at Elks Aidmore and their future. For our April event we had volunteers such as Kerry make the girls some of their favorite things. She provided fried chicken, deviled eggs, ribs, green beans, and much more. Kerry had asked the girls what they wanted to eat for Easter and then she worked hard to make that happen. Then, one of our wonderful supporters, Christy, went above and beyond to provide the girls at Elks with Easter baskets. She provided each girl with a personalized Bible, a devotional for teen girls, a Bible verse coloring book, as well as candy and jewelry. These girls got amazing Easter baskets thanks to Christy. I am so thankful for women like these who have a heart for their community. They want to serve their community and help these girls find hope and realize their potential. It is so amazing to partner with these ladies.
