Spooky Fun!
September Update:
We love our volunteers! Last Saturday Miss Juanita, Miss Alysia, and Miss Jamie came to help out with Miss Selina’s workshop. They were all so lovely. We had a larger group than usual but the volunteers were very accommodating to all the kids.
We began with a Zen-doodling activity which quickly turned into a freestyle drawing session. We then passed out some comic book coloring sheets, which then lead to the kids letting us know that they liked Deadpool. Miss Selina began drawing everyone a Deadpool character. We ended our session with snacks and koolaid.
All the kids let us know how that they were already excited for us to come back next month. We can’t wait!
