Welcome to Chicktime San Antonio! My name is Annette Goodson and I am the managing leader of Chicktime San Antonio! We feel so honored that you are visiting our website! Chicktime San Antonio was founded in May of 2010. Our vision remains the same as it was in June 2010~ Every girl needs love and support and as a Chicktime Chapter we can enter the lives of the girls at Boysville as a concerned community focused on their restoration and just doing what we can to bring hope and encouragement to their lives.
We would love for you to join us on our journey to add love and joy to the lives of these children. Our volunteers are what keeps our chapter going and that is why we need you too! Chicktime San Antonio Founders
Chicktime San Antonio was founded in May of 2010 by Donnette Tyler, Diane Godwin, and Annette Goodson. Three friends combined their talents to form their Chapter after volunteering at another local Chicktime chapter in the San Antonio area. We knew the ministry of Chicktime was special and knew we had to help spread it! We invited everyone we knew (church friends, PTA friends, work friends, neighbors, and family) to a launch party at the beautiful home of our friend, Janet Irwine. We served desserts, had door prizes and had none other than the founder of Chicktime, Lori Rhodes, speak on “Why Chicktime”? The launch party was a success and people committed to leading workshops every month for the rest of the year and beyond. The first official Chicktime San Antonio event was held in June of 2010. It was a mani/pedi spa day that continues to be a favorite workshop!!
