Phoenix Volunteer Packet

Before anyone can volunteer with Chicktime Phoenix at New Life Center, they must complete a Volunteer Packet. Please ensure that you have read every document below and signed every one of the accordingly! Please understand that it may take up to two to three weeks for your packet to be approved. When you have completed your packet, please email it directly to Chicktime Phoenix Founder & Leader, Mary Schneider at phoenix@chicktime.com, and she will ensure that it is handled appropriately.
