November Highlights

What a fabulous group of women!

Last night was a huge success!  Thank you to Erica, Medhen (& her fabulous friend!), Stacey O., Athina, Joey, and Danielle for your big hearts!  The kids had a great time watching Monsters University under the stars last night. A huge thank you to Stacey O and Danielle P. who were our leaders for this event.  They got us a great deal on the projector screen cost, and their company donated the Harkins movie theatre popcorn and bags!   And the glow stick bracelets were a huge hit!   It was so fun to hear the kiddos laughing at the movie, all bundled up in their blankets…under a beautiful full moon last night.

It was the perfect event to close out 2013.   I am so blessed to know such a great group of women, and look forward to 2014 and all that we will accomplish!

November News

This month Danielle P. & Stacey are hosting our “Movie under the Stars” night at the Child Crisis Center.  Please join us as we watch our favorite monsters reunite in “Monsters University”.

Both the Middlers and the Big Kids will join us this night.   We have a vendor that will be setting up an inflatable movie screen with a great sound system.

We will be bringing popcorn for the kids, staff and our volunteers.   Don’t miss this night!  This is a great opportunity to get a large group of Chicktime volunteers together as well.

**   Bring a coat/jacket as we will be outside and it will get chilly!
