They collaborate extensively with schools, non-profit agencies, churches, representatives of government agencies, and other youth-serving resources to foster community efforts toward:

Connections Individual and Family Services (Connections) is a 501 (c) 3 private, non-profit organization that was founded by a group of community leaders in 1981 to provide a safe and secure alternative to the “streets” for homeless, abused, or at-risk youth. 

They envision communities where every individual is safe, valued, and has the opportunity to lead a meaningful life by providing youth, families and communities opportunities for a brighter future.
