Meet The Leaders

I absolutely love Chicktime and being involved in the events. My daughter and I have been involved off and on for the past five years. We love serving and helping children that are less fortunate than ourselves. Leadership Role? That’s truly from my Heavenly Father. It’s a step out on faith and a time for me to grow; to come out of my comfort zone and give more of myself! It’s time for me to take on some of the responsibilities of planning events. But mostly, it’s time for me to recruit others and get them involved in such a giving organization. It’s time that I spread the word about what Chicktime does and how those who volunteer will be more rewarded than those we serve! In our hurting world, it’s time for me to reach out to women that need more in their life and teach them a life of servant hood, as our dear Lord and Savior so humbly displayed.

My hobbies have changed over the years as my children have grown and matured. Basically, I loved doing whatever my children were involved in. Over the years that meant being involved with their sports and then in the pageant world. Through all those activities, I developed a love of scrapbooking; documenting my family’s memories through pictures. I realized how quickly time goes by and how wonderful a gift of memories would be to give to my children one day.

I also love being involved with my church and the community and volunteering anywhere I can. It is so very rewarding to give of yourself and the opportunities to give are endless. If it involves a child, I’m usually there!

My passions & gifts:

My passion is my family! One of my favorite activities with my girls are our spontaneous trips! We just take a day and try to find somewhere out of the way that we haven’t been before and discover hidden gems of history and nature’s beauty. God created us such a beautiful world and I love to explore it!
