A huge thank you to Amanda for hosting a faith yoga workshop yesterday at Miracles OutReach! It was the perfect opportunity for the teens to reset their minds and release some stress on their hearts. (And Elizabeth’s daughter REALLY loved doing yoga with the teens!)
