Why I serve a leadership role with Chicktime:

I was excited to join Chicktime when I heard about the opportunity to serve my hometown of Mission,Tx. Throughout highschool and my time at Texas A&M University I have always loved to find ways to support the people of the community.

Whether it’s volunteering at the local library, helping build a community garden or volunteering my time at organizations like the Brazos Interfaith Immigration Network- I find joy in connecting with all individuals hearing their stories and being of service in any way I can. 

I am excited to continue my love for volunteering and giving back now as a part of the leadership team with Chicktime! I am  so excited for what’s to come.

My passions and gifts:

I am a multi-passionate person, I find myself trying out new things ALL the time. I am passionate about helping others,I frequently find myself helping my friends and family pursue their passions and go after what makes them happy.  

I love to create- I love to create something out of nothing or give a second life to something that already exists.

Hobbies and Interests:

I love to read self-development books, try new vegan and vegetarian recipes, practice yoga, and refine my makeup skills- I have loved makeup artistry for a very long time and even started the Makeup Club in highschool!

On a perfect day you can find me surrounded by nature with my friends and family, along with a healthy snack, a journal and a pen.

Why I serve a leadership role with Chicktime:

I’ve had profoundly impactful volunteer experiences that have led me to actively seek out more opportunities to lend a helping hand in any way possible. Listening to other people’s stories and bringing a smile to their faces is something I genuinely love and proactively pursue to do whenever I can.

My passions and gifts:

I’m always eager to explore new things; my greatest passion lies in unraveling the mysteries of how stuff works. There’s immense satisfaction for me in grasping the intricacies of complex subjects. Additionaly, one gift I possess is persistence—I rarely give up.

Hobbies and Interets: 

My hobbies include spending time with my family and friends, trying out new coffee shops, going to the gym, as well as teaching my parrot and dogs new tricks! Some of my interests include nutrition and psychology.
