Welcome to the Lancaster Chapter of Chicktime. Our goal is to encourage women in our community to use their God given gifts and talents to make a difference in the lives of other women. Each of you has something to offer. At the Lancaster Children’s Home there are a group of teen girls who are waiting for YOU!! They are waiting for YOU to show them love. They are waiting for YOU to tell them they are important. They are waiting for YOU to encourage them . They are waiting for YOU to decide to make a difference. So my challenge to YOU is, are YOU going to keep them waiting, or are YOU going to decide to obey God’s commands and love one another as He has loved YOU?

My name is Arron Lazarski and along with my co-leader Lindsay All, we are blessed to have the opportunity to lead the Lancaster Chapter of Chicktime. We have been a part of this Chicktime chapter from the beginning and have loved every minute we have had the opportunity to spend time with these girls. I promise the investment of a few hours a month will make a big impact on your life as well as the lives of these teen girls. We would love to have you join us!!! Chicktime Lancaster was founded by Teisha Looper in 2013 based on the belief that we should care enough about underserved youth to set aside time in our lives to make life a little brighter and happier for them. By sharing our talents and skills with these girls we also encourage Hope, Confidence, Passion, and Love.  Our hope is to empower these girls to Laugh and to Live a Full Life.
