Journaling Again

Our March Workshop was extra special!!

We took Connections to the Headwaters of the Comal. We had a pizza picnic and then explored the nature reserve that serves to filter incoming water. We ventured to where the Comal River begins, first spring. We learned about many Texas native plants, artifacts found on property, species unique to the area and efforts to save from extinction. We took a little stroll and the weather was perfect! A big thank you to Katie for our after hours guided tour and lots of interesting tidbits! She gifted the kids with a little notebook and free pass to come back any time.
