Chicktime Columbia would like to wish you a HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! We are excited about our upcoming events for 2014!!! We look forward to growth and empowerment of the ladies of Chicktime Columbia. In the Month of January we are having our regularly scheduled volunteer event with Epworth Children’s Home and Hannah House. Epworth Children’s Home volunteer event will be on the third Saturday this month. Hannah House will still meet on the fourth Saturday as normal.

Epworth Children’s Home: January 18th from 2pm-4pm. We will meet at Epworth at 1:45pm. This will be an etiquette lesson and we will have a tea party with the girls!

***Our cottage partner at Epworth Children’s Home enjoyed the etiquette lesson and tea party we had for them. The topic for our tea party was careers. We passed on great info. from how to set a table to dinner etiquette, business party info. to career steps and paths to accomplish goals. We had so much fun!!! Ladies join us as we give back, share love, education, and life lessons with our cottage partner. Don’t miss out on an opportunity to lead and event as well! Hannah House: January 25th from 10am-12:00pm. We will be either cleaning up, sorting through donations, and or interacting with the ladies and children there. Please remember closed toe shoes are required to prevent injury.

Thank you ladies for volunteering with Hannah House on Saturday and making a difference in someone else’s life.

January 28th 6pm-8pm***Cancelled due to inclement weather forecast***. This is a follow up to the volunteer event this past Saturday. I apologize for the last minute notice. Due to circumstances out of our control we were unable to complete our task on Saturday. There is a lady moving out of a room and another lady that is pregnant that is going to move into that room. She would like us to work on getting that room ready for the new lady and her baby.
