About Our Chapter

Hello, I’m Sadi! And welcome to the Fort Collins, Colorado chapter!
 
A little about me, I am originally from Oklahoma but moved to Colorado in 2012. I graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Theatre and love calling the Front Range my home!
 
During a short time that I lived outside of Colorado in 2017, I was fortunate enough to learn about Chicktime through the Charleston, SC chapter. I had been looking for ways to get involved and couldn’t respond fast enough when I saw a posting for Chicktime on volunteermatch.org. I was instantly intrigued and excited to learn about Chicktime and how I could get involved. Working with that group of girls and volunteers, ignited my passion for serving and inspired me to start a chapter in the Northern Colorado area.
 
I believe that one of the greatest things you can do for yourself and others is to share your time and gifts with those around you. My goal as a chapter leader is to facilitate an environment where 1.) children are inspired, know they are special, and that people care about them and their dreams and 2.) women are empowered through their ability to share their time and gifts with the children in the community we serve. We are all about having fun, inspiring new passions, and showing the world love one activity at a time.
 
One of the things that makes Chicktime so great is that it is so easy to get involved! You can volunteer once or as many times as you want. There are also opportunities to host and I always welcome new ideas for fun activities we can do with the kids. I would love to see you at our next event!
