About Our Chapter

William Shakespeare said it best when he shared that “the meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away.” There is something powerful about donating our time and our gifts to not only our friends and family but the strangers waiting to be turned into friends in our communities. Often, we find ourselves associating the act of giving with financial commitments and miss opportunities to share our talents. Are you ready to share yours? The Chicktime Chapter of Cincinnati is dedicated to motivating our members to showcase their unique talents and build quality relationships with the families of which we serve. Our chapter is devoted to continuously encourage women in the region and many generations to come. This sisterhood hopes to lead women toward confidently using their gifts, while enhancing their neighborhoods. We hope you will join us as we take on the world, one volunteer event at a time!

Our History:

Welcome to Chicktime Cincinnati. I’m Rosetta and really looking forward to volunteering with you. Chicktime Cincinnati was born when I realized that I wanted to volunteer with homeless families. I was once a struggling single mom close to homelessness many times. I worked hard to over come my situation with the help of many friends for which I am forever grateful. It’s now my turn to pay it forward. I learned there are many homeless families with children in Cincinnati while searching to find a charity partner. Sadly, I am unable to help them all, but I envision Chicktime creating a chain reaction that will grow more volunteers and resources that will allow us to help more people!
