August Update:

Chicktime New Braunfels Co-Leader Christina taught the youth how to make tissue paper flowers. Town Creek Bible Study group provided pizza and cookies and Chicktime New Braunfels Managing Leader, Tara, had goat milk soap her brother sent everyone.

We were so blessed to spend time with these kiddos today. They even told staff last week that they liked when the chick ladies visit!

Tara made a flower for a girl that was being disrespectful and trying to get our attention in a negative way. She left and came back later. When she was told a flower was made for her, she couldn’t believe it and said I love you over and over. Tara told her she loved her, too. She was moved to tears!

This is why we show up.
