JULY EVENT
Max Westbrook of Austin, Texas, Uvalde’s former interim chief of police, hosted a career day event for the boys from the Big Springs Ranch that are interested in a career in the law enforcement field. Mr. Westbrook organized a tour of the Uvalde Police department with the current law enforcement team. After the tour, the group was treated to a hamburger lunch at Live Oaks Bed & Breakfast, where 6 officers join them for a question and answer session.
