Why I Serve a leadership role with Chicktime:
Well, if my name wasn’t Jackie, it would be Leader. Not only was I born to be a leader; I am comfortable in a leadership role. I possess the traits of a leader, which can also be referred to as the Fruit of the Spirit. I believe a leader should display love, joy, peace, patience, goodness, long suffering, gentleness, faith and self-control. I further believe a leader should have some built in traits such as compassion, empathy, honesty, dependability and flexibility which are all qualities that are instilled in me. Also, as a leader; following nor with being a team player is a problem for me.
My Passions and Gifts:
I like dancing, attending concerts and plays, planning social gatherings, reading, writing and traveling.
Hobbies and Interests:
My passion is people and my gift are the ability to put people at ease. Being part of an organization that selflessly gives, such as church and chicktime has afforded me the opportunity to serve more people. I have a giving heart and I am always ready to put my listening skills to use. Working with women is not only my purpose, it’s my passion that was gifted to me by God.

I serve a leadership role with chicktime because I enjoy using my gifts and talents to help others see the beauty within themselves. My hobbies and interests include writing, reading, fashion, and art. My passions are doing hair and makeup which allows me to have the gift of reaching individuals through my work.

Why I serve a leadership role with Chicktime:
I believe I was put on this Earth to help others. I also enjoy watching people grow and successfully operate beyond their comfort zone. Finally, when I help others, it helps me to remain humble and reminds me to continue to treat people the way I would want to be treated. We are all different and it excites me to know the gifts and talents of others.
My Passions and Gifts:
My gift is patience. My passions are working with kids, health and fitness and social gatherings. I want to teach others that life is about balance and if you work hard, you can play hard.
Hobbies: My hobbies are skating, traveling, music and sports. I want to share with others that hobbies can be fun as well as relaxing.
