Art Fun!

Chicktime September-

Anita, one of our Chicktime Ladies and a missionary, gave a wonderful testimony of what it looks like to be fully given to Jesus. She explained to the girls that it is possible to be brought up in the church and not really have a personal relationship with Him. Anita is a beautiful example of what the Lord can accomplish through one who truly commits their life to Him. She has spent her whole life serving Jesus, living in Brazil, Mexico, Russia and many years in China. She spoke what it is like to live in China, the difference between freedom and communism. The girls, all teenagers, were surprised to here of the trouble Christians have in China. It was an eye opening moment. She also lead the girls to color cups by dipping them in nail polish. That was so much fun. The girls really enjoyed it, as well as a great lunch. Chicken salad croissants, salad, sausage cheese dip and 3 choices of dessert. We all had a great time!
